line with GDPR regulations Synergraphics Ltd will only hold and
store your company name, email, address and phone number for the
purposes of fulfilling an order on your behalf. For the reasons of
legitimate interests these contact details are retained for business
transactions only.
We will never pass on your contact details to any third party for
marketing purposes. The only time your address will be given out will be
for the purposes of delivery of any merchandise you have authorised
through an order.
We hold and store your name, business address, business telephone
number, business mobile number (if supplied) and business email address
in our central database. We do not store any banking details in any
database. Following the completion of any transaction, banking details
are destroyed and disposed of safely and securely.
We only use your details for business purposes, which include:

continue to transact with you based on services we have provided

relevant to your type of business account.
We
only collect your information when you contact our sales team who will
then take your details, so we can progress with your enquiry or
transaction.
Your details are held securely within our offices. These can only be
accessed by a member of our office team during working hours. Our
database access is password protected.
Your data is only used by Synergraphics Ltd and will never be
sold or given to a third party.
At any time, you are permitted to request that your data is removed from
our database.
